Hello lovelies! It’s been a summer of brides, flower girls, flower dogs and sweet confections in my studio overlooking the East River…..So naturally I’ve been inspired to create a Limited Edition “Illustrated Brides” Calendar for 2017 which I’m releasing now well ahead of the holiday season so it will be available for all the Autumn showers, parties and weddings you are planning!
Each 8×10″ whimsical sketch resembles a page right out of an artist’s sketchbook! My love of color and passion for “the art of fashion” and all things bridal is clearly evident in each lovingly designed page.
Here is the month by month preview!
January – A city bride in a tea length dress sampling pink wedding cakes under a chandelier…
February – An ethereal beauty on a cobbled street in front of a Tuscan chapel…..
March – A red-headed stunner in a vintage ensemble waiting for her groom and the vicar…..
April – A country bride and her mini-me flower girl under a banner of “love”…..
May – A bejeweled bride at the foot of the fancy staircase at a grand hotel…..
June – A vintage bride in a sweet little dress with her beloved flower dog at her side…
July – A seaside bride in a ponytail with her enormous freestyle hydrangea bouquet…..
August – A wholesome, corn fed bride in a simple cotton dress on a brilliant, sun filled day…..
September – An island bride on the beach at sunset wearing a crown of tropical flowers …..
October – A boho bride with her twin flower girls and a rustic wagon filled with harvest flowers….
November – A sophisticated bride with a bouquet of sleek pink tulips in her monochromatic dressing room…
December – A winter bride with a fondness for red lilies under a “marry me” banner….
The calendar portion of each illustration is hand written and the calendar pages are loose to give you the option of pinning the page to a bulletin board/mood board/fashion wall, or framing in an 8×10″ frame of your choice, just like a work of art! You can easily store all 12 pages behind the first and rotate them monthly.
My calendars are printed on high quality archival art stock and beautifully packaged in a cello sleeve with cardboard backing.
